Returns & Exchanges

At Smiling Ear Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Media

  Place the record back in its original sleeve and protective mailer, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement record within 3-5 business days.
