We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers and internal padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits. All records are packed securely to withstand the rigors of transit.

What is your return policy for opened records?

We accept returns on defective or warped items within 30 days of purchase. However, once the shrink-wrap is removed, we cannot accept returns for 'change of mind' or subjective sound quality preferences.
